People with the role 'Member'

I am Professor of Computer Science and co-Director of Computer Learning Research Centre.
My research interest lies in machine learning and data analysis. For details, see my website:

I am a researcher at the Scientific Databases and Visualization Group at Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies in Heidelberg, one of the developers of SabioRK - System for the Analysis of Biochemical Pathways - Reaction Kinetics. I am working on design and maintenance of the information systems to store, query and analyse systems biology datadata; definition and implementation of methods for the integration of data from multiple sources. As a member of SySMO DB team (

Roberto graduated in 1995 and then went on to study for a post graduate degree in veterinary microbiology at the Royal Veterinary College. In 1996 he moved to the Veterinary Laboratories Agency to undertake a PhD on the pathogenesis of E. coli in poultry. On completion of his PhD he commenced a post-doctoral position at the University of London, studying E. coli virulence factors and vaccine development. Since 2001 his work has been largely on the analysis of colonisation, shedding and transmission

I am an Australian postdoc working with the Virtual Plants team under Christophe Godin. My work is primarily modelling and theoretical understanding of auxin transport models and their interactions with other systems within the SAM. I also contribute to other tools within the openalea framework.

I am a Research Fellow at the University of Manchester working in Bioinformatics and Computer Science. My research interests lie in applying scientific workflows and semantic web technologies to problems in functional genomics.
